Tasty Tuesday ....errrr on Thursday (woops)

Sorry I'm a bit delayed.  This recipe will make up for it though.  It is DELICIOUS and EASY!!

Taco Ring





  •   1 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1 pkg taco seasoning mix
  • 1 cup  shredded cheese of your choice (I used co jack) mexican or pepper jack would be tasty too! 
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • 2 - packages of crescent rolls (16 rolls)

    Directions 
  • Preheat oven to 375
  • Brown ground beef and drain grease.
Stir in taco seasoning, water and cheese.

Unroll crescent rolls and separate. Arrange triangles in a circle on a round baking stone with wide ends overlapping in center and points toward the outside. There should be about a 5 inch diameter in the center.

spoon meat mixture over rolls.

  • Fold points of triangles over filling and tuck under base at center (filling will not be completely covered).
  • Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. 
You can garnish with bell pepper, lettuce, salsa, tomatoes, onion, sour cream, olives, etc.
